Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & marketing Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer service, with a proven track record of developing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales performance. As the Sales Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations, mentoring team members, and implementing effective sales techniques to achieve company goals.

Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet company objectives and increase market share. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Foster strong relationships with key clients to enhance customer loyalty and retention. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that align with sales initiatives. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management. Conduct training sessions for new hires to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market insights. Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a positive work environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track performance metrics. A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
