Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our projects, generate quality leads, and convert prospects into customers. The role involves both sales activities and marketing support to improve brand visibility and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through field work, digital platforms, and referrals Promote company projects and services to prospective customers Handle inquiries, follow up with leads, and close sales Conduct site visits and client meetings Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotions Maintain customer database and update lead status regularly Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes
Requirements:

Education: Plus Two (12th) or above Experience: Freshers can apply (sales/marketing experience is an advantage) Gender: Male / Female Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing is a plus Willingness to do field work when required
Working Time: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: As per company norms + performance-based incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
