Role Overview
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals
Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, email, social, events, and paid media)
Manage brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all marketing channels
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive insights
Oversee content creation, including website, blog, case studies, and marketing collateral
Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools
Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts
Manage external agencies, vendors, and freelancers as needed
Lead, mentor, and develop junior marketing team members (if applicable)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in a managerial capacity
