Role Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role oversees marketing campaigns across multiple channels, analyzes performance, and collaborates closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, email, social, events, and paid media) Manage brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all marketing channels Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive insights Oversee content creation, including website, blog, case studies, and marketing collateral Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools Collaborate with sales teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts Manage external agencies, vendors, and freelancers as needed Lead, mentor, and develop junior marketing team members (if applicable)
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in a managerial capacity Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools Experience with campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree or professional marketing certification Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid advertising strategies Experience managing teams and cross-functional projects
