Key Responsibilities



Sales Strategy & Execution



Develop sales strategy for local, regional, and channel-wise markets Define monthly & quarterly sales targets Achieve revenue and volume growth targets

Channel Development



Appoint distributors, wholesalers, and retailers Build relationships with key accounts and modern trade Expand market reach systematically

Market Intelligence



Track competitor pricing, promotions, and product launches Identify new opportunities and high-potential segments Share market feedback with Product & Production teams

Marketing Coordination



Plan promotions, schemes, and trade marketing activities Coordinate with branding & digital teams Support new product launches

Reporting & Team Management



Review sales performance and distributor productivity Maintain sales MIS & forecasting reports Coach and monitor sales team

Skills & Competencies
