We are looking for a smart and dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience in the real estate and construction sector, including residential projects. The ideal candidate should be proactive, client-focused, and strong in sales conversion and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage leads, meet prospective buyers, and drive sales conversions.
Coordinate with clients for inquiries, documentation, and site visits.
Conduct market and competitor research to support sales decisions.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales reports.
Plan and support marketing and promotional activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and follow-up.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Good presentation and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Professional attitude, strong follow-up, and time management
5+ years of real estate experience (residential exposure preferred)
