You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting student/parent counseling, and converting inquiries into admissions through calls, walk-ins, school visits, and outreach activities.
The ideal candidate will plan and execute online and offline marketing initiatives, including social media promotions, digital ads, events, workshops, and partnerships. Building strong relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, counselors, and community networks is essential to expand our reach and brand visibility.
You will lead and motivate the sales, tele-calling, and marketing teams, monitor their performance, and ensure smooth coordination with academic and administrative departments. Preparing weekly reports, maintaining CRM data, analyzing market trends, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction are key responsibilities.
Candidates with strong communication, leadership, and target-oriented skills will excel in this role. Prior experience in the education sector is an added advantage.
