We are a specialized consultancy with over 18 years of expertise in the Australian healthcare industry and a registered migration associate with 20+ years of professional experience. We provide proper PR pathway assistance for aspiring and experienced professionals -- including nurses, engineers, teachers, chefs, and other skilled professionals -- who wish to secure their future in Australia.As a small, client-focused firm, we are now expanding our reach and reputation to the next level through business partnerships, referrals, and international marketing growth.

Base Pay

?20,000/month (part-time, fixed) and four month probation period applies.If successful, performance-based commission and highly attractive additional remuneration per successful candidate registration will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans with a sole focus on Australia as the destination country.

Build and expand institutional and business partnerships with colleges, hospitals, training centers, agencies, and professional associations.

Generate referrals and direct candidate leads for PR pathways (nurses, engineers, teachers, chefs, etc.).

Enhance and maintain the firm's brand reputation as a trusted, direct migration consultancy.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Create professional content and presentations for outreach and partnership development.

Handle inquiries with excellent customer relationship and communication skills.

Be accountable for delivering business growth and measurable candidate acquisition results.

Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience in international/overseas marketing or business development (mandatory).

Background in migration, healthcare, or education sectors preferred.

Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Highly proactive, fast-paced, and accountable professional.

Skilled in networking, negotiation, and referral generation.

Must be results-driven with the ability to work independently.
