About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving admissions and business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the EdTech or IT training sector, with expertise in telecalling, lead generation, and conversion strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Oversee lead generation, follow-ups, and telecalling activities.

Convert qualified leads into enrollments through effective communication.

Conduct walk-in counseling and ensure an excellent student experience.

Monitor team performance and provide training or feedback for improvement.

Coordinate with marketing teams to implement campaigns and track results.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

3-6 years of experience in Sales (preferably in EdTech or Training industry).

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Experience in telecalling and team management is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
