Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Manage the entire sales cycle--from lead generation and client meetings to negotiation and deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business presentations to clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead in the market.
Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and insights to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
3-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in [industry, e.g., software solutions / FMCG / B2B / services].
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
