Sales & Marketing Manager
who can drive business expansion, build customer relationships, and lead market strategy with passion and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and profitability.
Identify new clients, markets, and opportunities in domestic & export segments.
Manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction from inquiry to dispatch.
Collaborate with production, PPC, and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy development.
Lead marketing campaigns, industrial events, and brand promotion activities.
Drive digital marketing initiatives and corporate communications.
Monitor and report monthly sales performance and forecasts to management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in
Marketing / Business / Engineering
(MBA preferred).
4 - 7 years
of relevant experience in
Sales & Marketing
within
Stainless Steel / Metals / Manufacturing
industries.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting client networks.
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Experience in B2B industrial sales is a must.
