Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C segments
Plan and execute digital, social media, and offline campaigns
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with sales teams to drive lead generation and conversions
Monitor campaign performance and prepare MIS reports
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
3-8 years of experience
in sales & marketing (B2B & B2C)
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and branding strategies
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
