Identify and develop new clients to maximize business potential in the assigned region.
Promote and present industrial automation solutions, including
PLC, SCADA, HMI, and DCS systems
.
Conduct cold calls, lead generation, and customer acquisition activities.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Lead commercial negotiations, finalize orders, and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
Handle complete sales and marketing responsibility for the
Gujarat region
.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong technical knowledge of
DCS, PLC, SCADA, HMI, and networking
.
Hands-on exposure to field instruments such as
TT, LT, FT, PT
, etc.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Exposure to
Rockwell systems
will be an added advantage.
Experience handling clients from
the pharmaceutical, chemical, specialty chemical, and packaging industries
.
