Job Role :

Marketing & Brand Management:

v

Developing marketing strategies:



Creating and implementing marketing campaigns to promote frozen food products and build brand awareness.

v

Developing Sales Strategies



Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.Manage sales performance by achieving monthly targets, identifying new business opportunities.

Identify and onboard new channel partners, distributors, retailers, and HoReCa clients to expand market reach.

Developing promotional materials:



Creating marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and digital content, to support sales efforts.

v

Managing marketing budgets:



Allocating and managing marketing budgets to ensure effective campaign execution. Timely analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement.

v

Collaboration with internal teams:



Working closely with other departments, such as product development, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

v

Compliance with food safety regulations:



Ensuring that all sales and marketing activities comply with relevant food safety regulations and industry standards.

v

Staying up-to-date on industry trends:



Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to improve sales strategy and optimize operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven track record of success in sales and marketing: Demonstrable experience in achieving sales targets, building client relationships, and developing and executing marketing strategies.

In-depth knowledge of the frozen food market: Understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the frozen food industry.

Strong leadership and management skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team.

Excellent communication and presentation skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions.

Negotiation and closing skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and close sales deals successfully.

Candidates having experience in Keventers, McCain Foods, Innovative Foods Ltd. (Sumeru), Venky's and other frozen food company will be getting preference

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
