Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth in the Fabric Protection and Stone Care divisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in the interior design, construction, and home services industries, with a specific focus on architects, interior designers, and contractors. This role will concentrate on introducing our Vetro Power Fabric Protector and Faber Stone Care products to these stakeholders, building long-term relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a tailored sales and marketing strategy targeting Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, and related stakeholders to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, introducing Zyax Chem's portfolio of products and solutions to new and existing clients.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, focusing on high-value customers in the architectural, interior design, and construction projects vertical.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product development, pricing strategies, and promotions with market demands.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market analysis to senior management.
  • Continuously assess the performance of sales and marketing strategies, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, particularly within the interior design, construction, or related industries.
  • Proven experience working with Architects, Interior Designers, and Contractors.
  • Strong track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with a focus on achieving business objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and marketing automation tools.
