Experience
Minimum 5+ years in marketing/sales from the FMCG

Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in flour mill / rice flour / grain-based FMCG industry
Strong understanding of regional markets and distribution channels
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
