What You'll Do
Meet and engage with Enterprises, hotels, hospitals, schools, and realty clients
Pitch our networking solutions: GPON, FTTx, WLAN, IP Surveillance, IPTV, UC, and Passive Networking.
Visit sites, customer offices, build relationships, understand customer needs
Coordinate with presales, technical, and OEM partners for customized solution design.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
Drive project-based business development and solution-selling approach.
Build sales funnel, forecast revenue, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Support bid/tender participation as applicable for large projects.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree (Science / Business/ Arts/Engineering ); MBA/BBA (Sales & Marketing) is a plus
2 to 5+ years of sales/business development experience in ICT, WLAN, Networking, ELV, or Telecom domains
Confident communicator, fluent in English and other south Indian languages
Passion for tech-driven sales, networking, and field hustle
Willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. o Negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Understanding of enterprise infrastructure requirements and solution selling.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing field sales independently.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
Curious, proactive, and a team player o Quick learner with a "get-it-done" attitude
Enjoy problem-solving, travelling, customer facing, taking ownership, and collaborating across teams.
