Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients, event partners, and agencies.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and consistent follow-up.
Manage client accounts, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with hotel/event operations teams to deliver seamless guest and client experiences.
Marketing & Promotions:
Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns (digital, print, influencer, and on-ground activations).
Coordinate with creative and PR teams to strengthen brand identity and media presence.
Plan and manage promotional events, collaborations, and sponsorships.
Track and analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to optimize strategies.
Leadership & Reporting:
Lead a small team of sales/marketing executives and guide them to achieve business goals.
Prepare sales forecasts, marketing budgets, and periodic performance reports for management.
Represent the brand at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
