JD for Marketing Managers:

l Self-motivated, self-directed, mature, ambitious, intelligent, articulate and knowledgeable.

l Deep knowledge of different Insurance plans and policies.

l Visiting and meeting the prospect/client for best insurance offers.

l Strong negotiation skills on different terms.

l Responsible for closing the deals.

l Collection of documents & cheques and submit on time in organisation or place / places defined by organisation time to time.

l Visit all the clients on or within the time given by organisation/ management or Higer authority.

l Delay in visits willingly or intentionally on regular basis can lead warning/ termination with or without pay.

l Well versed of industry-oriented rule & regulations, policies & procedure and guidelines etc.

l Sound knowledge of competitor industries like Banking & stock market and their investment options.

l Self-initiatives to understand Insurance knowledge reviews and identifying gaps.

l Creating a database or prospective clients for future aspect.

l Create strong pipeline of clients to cross sell and upsell different insurance products.

l Maintaining constant touch with them by identifying their needs and requirements.

l Tracking Regular performance and maintaining records on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually basis.

l Be the eyes and ears in the market and constantly be in touch with updates in the insurance industry.

l Cheque collection & submit.

l Time management for visit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
