Job Summary
Citiline Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager for the Channel009-GPDE Digital Media Project. The role involves leading Head Office and district-level sales teams, expanding Panchayat-level market presence, and driving token/GPDE subscription growth across Rajasthan.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage District Sales Managers, Sales Executives and LFAs
Build and execute daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
Develop market penetration strategies at Panchayat and block levels
Handle high-value conversions and token closures
Manage lead funnel, calling cycles, follow-ups and reporting systems
Develop sales training systems and pitch processes
Plan and execute marketing communication and field promotion campaigns
Required Skills
3-10 years of experience in Field Sales & Team Handling
Strong understanding of Rajasthan districts and rural markets
Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills
Experience with CRM / Google Sheets / MIS tools
Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred
Compensation
?25,000 - ?45,000 per month
