Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients including: Builders & contractors Ready-mix concrete (RMC) plants Infrastructure companies Promote our

silica and construction sand

offerings. Build and maintain long-term business relationships. Meet and exceed

monthly sales targets

. Negotiate deals, follow up consistently, and close effectively. Stay updated on

market trends

, competitor pricing, and ongoing projects. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure

on-time delivery

and

client satisfaction

.

Requirements

Graduate in any field (MBA in Marketing is a plus).

1-3 years

of sales/marketing experience (preferably in construction materials). Excellent

communication, negotiation, and networking skills

. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field work across Mumbai and Pune. Preference will be given to candidates with an

existing network

in the construction sector.
