Purpose & Scope



Generate new sales leads and manage key customer accounts. Collaborate across functions--sales colleagues, plant staff, accounting/credit, pricing, and transportation--to serve client needs. Indeed+1

Key Responsibilities



Develop product growth strategies using market/company insights. Prepare detailed quotes and proposals (covering transportation, freight, import/export, etc.). Convert leads into viable sales opportunities and generate CRM-based reports with measurable metrics. Negotiate contracts and collaborate across supply chain and production teams to maintain service excellence. Approx. 40% travel and on-call support for customer troubleshooting. Indeed+1

Requirements



Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years in sales, ideally in base oils, specialty chemicals, or lubricants. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems. Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.

Pay: Up to ?1,500,000.00 per year
