Drive the promotion and sales of financial products including
Equities, Mutual Funds, SIPs, IPOs, Bonds, PMS, and Insurance
to retail and institutional clients.
Lead, motivate, and mentor the
sales and marketing team
to enhance performance, productivity, and goal achievement.
Identify and capitalize on
new business opportunities
through effective networking, partnerships, and referral channels.
Design and execute
impactful marketing campaigns
to strengthen the company's brand visibility across
digital and offline platforms.
Collaborate with the
Research, Operations, and Compliance
teams to ensure smooth business execution and superior client servicing.
