Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets Drive sales through field marketing activities and strategic planning Develop and execute effective sales campaigns and strategies Train, guide, and motivate team members for performance excellence Build strong customer relationships and ensure high client satisfaction Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly

Key Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory Proven track record in sales and team management Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills BFSI or insurance sector experience preferred
