Roles and Responsibilities 1.Starting immediate sales with his connections. 2. Develop strategy to sell LRPC Wire for short / long term a) region wise b) profitability wise. 3. Creating strong relations with key account customers, regular customers and visiting them periodically. 4. Making Annual business plan and accordingly Hiring and Developing inhouse team to meet the desired target. 5. Providing sales planning to the production team on a weekly basis. He would be in regular touch with the production team. 6. Attending Quality complaints whenever required with the QC team. 7. Regular insights on market share and product positioning. 8. Coordination with the Dispatch team on a regular basis for smooth dispatches. 9. Tracking lead conversion at every step of the sales funnel. 10. Regular travelling is required to KAM and other customers. 11. Collections are received on time. Shooting emails followed by phone calls on or before the due date and elevating the matter in case of delay in payments. 12. Should be good in communication with management, Proper updates required by Google forms and on what Sapp group daily.
