Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Enthusiast to join our team. The

role involves generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales while also supporting

brand promotion through marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong

communication skills, a creative approach to problem-solving, and the ability to meet targets in a

competitive market.

Key Responsibilities: -



Lead Generation & Pipeline Building Develop strategies to consistently bring high-quality leads. Build, manage, and optimise CRM systems to track leads and conversions. Create structured sales funnels and nurture journeys.

Sales Strategy & Execution: -



Design detailed sales plans and execute them end-to-end. Understand client pain points and position solutions effectively. Own the full cycle: prospecting ? pitching ? follow-ups ? closing deals.

Consumer Psychology & Influence: -



Apply behavioural insights and decision-making psychology in pitches. Craft persuasive messaging that aligns with client motivations. Use storytelling and emotional triggers to improve closing rates.

Collaboration & Reporting: -



Work with marketing to align lead-gen campaigns. Track, analyze, and report sales performance with clear KPIs. Continuously suggest improvements for higher conversion
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
