Job Role: Marketing and Sales Lead

We're hiring! Join our fast-growing AI video analytics company and lead our marketing and sales efforts across India, the Middle East, and North America. If you're a strategic thinker with a strong B2B sales and marketing background in tech, we want to hear from you.

What Youll Do:

Lead regional sales and marketing strategy -- Drive enterprise sales and close high-value deals Run integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, events) Build and manage channel partnerships and alliances Work cross-functionally to align go-to-market initiatives Share market insights to guide product and positioning Support lead generation, client outreach, and prospecting Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals -- Assist in RFP responses, pricing strategy, and negotiations Manage and update CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
What WeaEUR(TM)re Looking For:

8+ years in B2B tech sales and marketing Experience in AI, video analytics, SaaS, or related domains Strong grasp of enterprise buying cycles Confident communicator with strong negotiation and storytelling skills Comfortable with domestic and international travel if needed Hands-on with CRM & marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Ability to craft compelling sales decks, proposals, and value-based pitches Good understanding of marketing channels and campaign execution Proactive, detail-oriented, and a fast learner
Nice to Have:

Background in safety, surveillance tech, smart cities, public or VMS
