We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Lead to drive business growth and strengthen presence in the interior design and furniture industry. The candidate will be responsible for creating marketing strategies, handling client relationships, and leading sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
2. Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships.
3. Coordinate with the design & operations team to ensure client requirements are met.
4. Manage social media and digital marketing campaigns for brand visibility.
5. Prepare sales reports and provide market insights for business growth.
6. Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in Interior Design / Furniture / Home Furnishing industry.
Any Degree
2 years of proven experience in sales & marketing.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
