About ANUGRAHA PAYING GUEST LLP

Anugraha has hotels, guest houses, and service apartments in Noida with 100+ rooms. We plan to expand the services across Delhi - NCR region. Anugraha deals in the hospitality sector and provides furnished accommodation with food for corporate employees, students, backpackers, short stays, etc. We already have a footprint in Noida with 300+ tenants and are planning to expand PAN India.

About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify target segments and prepare different business plans/business promotion schemes
2. Meet various corporates, travel agents, training centers, and institutes for accommodation services (short/long stay)
3. Work on digital marketing
4. Manage leads through various internet sales portals
5. Manage the social media channels
6. Manage leads through phone calls and emails
7. Manage the sales channel/partners
8. Study new markets/different cities and prepare launch plans

Requirements:

1. Fluent in English verbal/written communication
2. Presentation skills, proposal writing, MS excel/office, computer skills, etc.

Additional Information:

1. We want to extend our business. If anybody wants to work in other cities like Gurgaon, Bombay, Bangalore, etc. then it will benefit the candidates

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (9 500 per per success booking ).
