Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Media Intern to join our fully remote team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in the B2B tech industry and play a crucial role in our growth. The ideal candidate is an outstanding communicator with a passion for technology and a foundational understanding of digital media tools. You will help shape our online presence and communicate our innovative IT solutions to a professional audience.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:
Assist in creating engaging B2B content (technical blog posts, case studies, infographics, short videos) for our website and social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
Social Media Management:
Help manage and grow our social media presence to build brand awareness and engage with our target audience of tech leaders and startups.
Market Research:
Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends in Cloud, Data, and FinOps, as well as competitor strategies.
Lead Generation Support:
Support marketing campaigns by helping to create and distribute content designed to attract and nurture leads.
Sales Enablement:
Assist in creating marketing materials like presentations and one-pagers for the sales team.
Community Engagement:
Monitor online channels and professional networks to engage in relevant conversations about managed IT services.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Recent graduates with an interest in technology are strongly encouraged to apply.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory. Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging content is a plus.
Digital Tools:
Basic familiarity with digital media tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation applications is highly advantageous.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficient in using major social media platforms, especially LinkedIn for professional networking.
