What You'll Do

As a Sales & Marketing Intern focused on social media, your role will include:

Assisting in the execution of creative and engaging campaigns on Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn Supporting brand outreach and collaborations with influencers and content creators Helping manage and grow our online community through timely posts, replies, and interactive content Supporting performance marketing efforts by identifying leads and potential user segments Tracking user engagement and campaign metrics; preparing performance reports Researching trends in dating, Gen Z social behavior, and digital marketing Assisting in building promotional funnels and campaigns to drive downloads and signups Supporting offline events or campus ambassador programs (if applicable)

Who You Are

A social media native with a finger on the pulse of Gen Z culture Curious, creative, and confident in experimenting with new marketing tactics Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment Strong communication skills (English + Hindi preferred) Proactive with good organizational and time-management skills Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Google Sheets, and Meta Business Suite Interested in dating, relationship culture, and youth behavior

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
