Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive - IIT Fresher

Location: Gujarat, Ahmedabad, Shyamal.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and high-potential Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates from IITs who are eager to launch their careers in a high-impact business development and marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand the company's products/services and effectively communicate their value to potential clients. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for expansion. Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels. Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, networking, and digital outreach. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients. Support the sales team in managing client relationships and closing deals. Analyze sales and marketing data to improve strategies and report on KPIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams like product, tech, and customer success to align sales goals with overall company objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from IIT in Engineering, Management, or related fields. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Passion for marketing, sales, and business development. Willingness to travel as required. Self-driven, with a learning mindset and problem-solving attitude. Familiarity with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and marketing analytics platforms is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Internship/project experience in business, sales, or marketing roles. Experience with digital marketing, SEO, LinkedIn outreach, or content marketing. Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership potential.
