Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to lead room booking sales and promote our resort property. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality marketing and guest engagement, with a flair for promoting luxury or nature-based getaway experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Drive sales for resort room bookings (individual, corporate, and group packages).
Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, event planners, and OTA (Online Travel Agencies) partners.
Follow up on leads, handle inquiries, convert prospects, and close bookings.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly booking targets.
Marketing:
Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote resort stays, packages, and seasonal offers.
Manage resort listings and promotions on travel websites like MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, Goibibo, and Airbnb.
Coordinate with graphic designers and content writers for brochures, digital creatives, and social media content.
Plan and manage social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
Events & Promotions:
Organize promotional events, destination weddings, corporate offsites, and wellness retreats.
Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and tourism boards for visibility.
