Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Sales & Marketing Head

to lead our growth across all markets. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive sales performance, manage marketing campaigns, build strong teams, and elevate our brand presence at a state and national level.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing teams. Develop high-impact marketing strategies to increase brand visibility. Plan and execute digital, print, and on-ground marketing campaigns. Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Oversee lead generation, funnel management, and conversion strategies. Collaborate with project, design, and management teams for launches. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights. Build strong relationships with channel partners and corporate clients. Improve customer experience from inquiry to post-sales. Prepare business reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.

Requirements

5-15 years of experience in sales & marketing; real estate experience preferred. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams. Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead-generation strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities. Goal-driven, analytical, and strategic mindset.
