The Sales & Marketing Head will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring consistent lead generation and conversion for plotted development projects. The role demands leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
Develop and execute monthly and quarterly sales plans to meet targets (sqft & revenue).
Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team (Sales Manager, Executives, CRM).
Set performance goals, conduct weekly reviews, and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
Manage end-to-end customer experience -- from inquiry to booking to registration.
Coordinate with banks for home loan tie-ups and smooth disbursement process.
Marketing & Branding
Design and implement marketing campaigns (digital, outdoor, and on-ground).
Work with the digital marketing team to plan ad campaigns, social media promotions, and lead-generation strategies.
Oversee branding, brochures, creatives, and digital content to ensure brand consistency.
Plan and execute events such as site visits, launches, and property fairs.
Market Research & Strategy
Analyze competitor projects, market trends, and customer behavior.
Recommend pricing strategies and offers to improve competitiveness.
Identify new project opportunities and areas for brand expansion.
Team Management
Train sales staff in product knowledge, negotiation, and closing techniques.
Ensure CRM processes are followed for accurate data management.
Coordinate closely with Admin, Legal, and Design teams for project readiness and document flow.
Reporting & Analytics
Maintain sales dashboards, lead conversion reports, and marketing ROI tracking.
Present weekly/monthly MIS reports to management.
Suggest strategic improvements based on data-driven insights.
Key Skills & Competencies
Proven track record in achieving sales targets (preferably in real estate / plotted development).
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Strategic thinking with creative marketing acumen.
Data-driven approach with proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and digital analytics.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Real Estate Management.
Minimum
10 to 20 years
of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least
10 years in a leadership role
.
Experience in
real estate plotted development or residential projects
is preferred.
Fluency in
English and Tamil
is essential.
