Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to achieve sales and growth objectives.
Identify and acquire new customers in automotive, engineering, and industrial sectors.
Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Lead a team of marketing executives and oversee target achievement, enquiry management, and order finalization.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing reviews to support strategic decisions.
Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch departments for order execution and delivery planning.
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance presentations for management review.
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, client audits, and industry events.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering
or
MBA in Marketing / Business Management

Minimum
8-12 years of experience
in industrial or B2B marketing, preferably in
steel, metals, or engineering products
.
Strong understanding of steel grades, machining applications, and customer requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for business development.
