We are looking for an energetic and results-driven
Sales & Marketing Head
to lead our growth efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive revenue across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Sales
Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize repeat business.
Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, negotiations, and deal closure.
Marketing
Create and implement marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, and offline) to drive brand awareness and demand generation.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
Manage content creation for website, blogs, brochures, and promotional materials.
Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and lead conversions.
Leadership & Collaboration
Coordinate with product, operations, and senior management to align marketing and sales efforts.
Mentor and guide a small team or external agencies as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 5
years
in a sales and/or marketing role, with proven success in meeting revenue and growth targets.
Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
