Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals. Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and customer needs. Build and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Set and monitor KPIs for sales and marketing activities. Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management. Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure client satisfaction. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum

15 years of experience

in sales and marketing within the

printing and packaging industry

. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and industry developments. Ability to develop strategic plans and translate them into actionable goals. Proven experience in managing large accounts and leading sales teams. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualities:

MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong network within the printing and packaging industry. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a strategic thinker.

Salary Range:

?40,000 - ?70,000 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
