As the Sales and Marketing Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive sales, generate qualified leads, enhance customer engagement and build a strong brand presence across our residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for new and ongoing residential projects
Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
Create marketing campaigns across digital, print and on-ground channels (ATL/BTL)
Build and maintain a strong network of channel partners, brokers and real estate agents
Drive lead generation through online platforms, real estate portals, social media and events
Monitor CRM systems, analyze sales funnel data and ensure a high conversion rate
Conduct market and competitor analysis to align offerings with demand trends
Coordinate with internal teams (planning, construction, legal) to ensure customer satisfaction from inquiry to possession
Represent the brand at real estate expos, local events and buyer meets
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in real estate sales and marketing
Proven track record of achieving sales targets for residential projects
Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills
Experience in digital marketing and real estate CRM tools
Deep knowledge of the Indore real estate market and customer psyche
