Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Sales & Marketing Manager

with a strong background in the food industry, particularly in

food ingredients, mixing, formulation, and testing

. The ideal candidate will combine

technical food science knowledge

with

strong sales leadership and marketing strategy skills

to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities



Sales Responsibilities



Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for food ingredient products. Identify and develop new business opportunities, key accounts, and distribution channels. Manage and grow relationships with clients, distributors, and strategic partners. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demos, proposals, and commercial negotiations. Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and prepare

monthly sales analysis and forecasting reports

. Lead, train, and support the sales team with product knowledge and selling tools. Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Marketing Responsibilities



Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for food ingredient products. Conduct market research, sales surveys, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Analyze customer feedback and market data to improve product positioning and marketing effectiveness. Collaborate with R&D and Production teams to align product development with market demand. Ensure all marketing and sales materials comply with food industry regulations and standards. Create technical and commercial content that translates food science concepts into customer-friendly messaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Food Technology, Food Science, Marketing, or Business Management

. Minimum

5 years of experience

in sales and marketing within the

food ingredients or FMCG sector

. Strong understanding of

food ingredient properties, mixing processes, formulation, and testing

. Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage key accounts. Strong analytical skills with experience in sales reporting and market analysis. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in

MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems

. Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally with technical teams.

Preferred Qualities



Strategic and result-oriented mindset with strong commercial awareness. Ability to bridge technical food science knowledge with sales and marketing execution. Leadership capability with experience managing or mentoring sales teams. Data-driven decision maker with a passion for innovation in the food ingredients market.

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
