Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for food ingredient products.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, key accounts, and distribution channels.
Manage and grow relationships with clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demos, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and prepare
monthly sales analysis and forecasting reports
.
Lead, train, and support the sales team with product knowledge and selling tools.
Coordinate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Marketing Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns for food ingredient products.
Conduct market research, sales surveys, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Analyze customer feedback and market data to improve product positioning and marketing effectiveness.
Collaborate with R&D and Production teams to align product development with market demand.
Ensure all marketing and sales materials comply with food industry regulations and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Food Technology, Food Science, Marketing, or Business Management

Minimum
5 years of experience

food ingredients or FMCG sector

Strong understanding of
food ingredient properties, mixing processes, formulation, and testing

Proven ability to drive sales growth and manage key accounts.
Strong analytical skills with experience in sales reporting and market analysis.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems
