The Marketing Head - Facility Management will be responsible for driving business growth for hospital housekeeping and allied services by developing and executing strategic marketing and business development initiatives. The role focuses on acquiring new hospital and healthcare clients, strengthening existing relationships, brand positioning, tendering, and revenue growth while aligning services with NABH and healthcare compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies for hospital housekeeping and allied services
Identify, approach, and onboard hospitals, healthcare institutions, and allied facilities
Lead client presentations, negotiations, proposals, tenders, and rate finalization
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure service commitments, NABH standards, and client expectations are met
Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospital management, administrators, and key decision-makers
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies
Track sales pipeline, targets, conversions, and prepare MIS reports for management
Eligibility & Experience:
Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field
5-10 years of experience
in marketing/business development within facility management, hospital services, or healthcare-related sectors
Strong understanding of hospital housekeeping, allied services, and
NABH compliance requirements
Proven track record in B2B sales, hospital marketing, and contract acquisition
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to lead a marketing team and work closely with operations for sustainable growth
