We're seeking an experienced and result oriented
Senior sales Manager
to lead our sales operations in our company. The ideal candidate should have deep industry knowledge, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to convert leads into high value interior projects.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute strategic sales plan to achieve the revenue targets.
Attend client meetings, site visits and presentations to close the high value deals.
Identity new business opportunities in residential interior projects.
Collabrate with the design and project teams to deliver customized proposals that align with client needs.
Build and maintain long term relationships with clients, architecture etc.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales forecast and reports for management.
Track and analyze sales performance, market trends and competitor activity.
Qualification and Skills :
Bachelors degree / MBA in Business, Marketing or Interior Design.
5+ years of experience in sales with atleast 3 years in interior design/ real estate.
Strong understanding of interior design services, trunkey projects and pricing structure.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills and Proficiency in MS office and CRM tools.
Leadership skills with experience managing sales team.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding project sales targets.
Compensation and benefits will be provided based on performances.
Salary as per market standards and will be negoiated as per the Experience.
