About the Role
Kreamz (KIKIPAI) is looking for a dynamic and result-driven
Sales & Marketing Head - General Trade
to lead and scale our GT business across markets. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving topline growth, strengthening distribution, and building a high-performance sales & marketing organization.
We are specifically seeking professionals from
leading FMCG organizations such as Britannia, Nestle
, or similar companies with
strong General Trade experience
.
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall
Sales & Marketing strategy for General Trade (GT)
at a national / regional level
Drive
revenue growth, market expansion, and distribution reach
Build and manage a strong
sales leadership team
including ASM, RSM, and frontline teams
Develop and execute
GT-focused trade marketing initiatives
, schemes, and promotions
Strengthen distributor relationships and improve
distribution efficiency & productivity
Ensure achievement of
primary and secondary sales targets
Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer insights to drive growth strategies
Work closely with supply chain, finance, and operations for seamless execution
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance review mechanisms
Candidate Profile
Experience:
12+ years in FMCG Sales & Marketing
Mandatory Background:
Ex-
Britannia / Nestle
or similar large FMCG organization
Strong hands-on experience in General Trade (GT)
Proven track record of
scaling brands and driving GT growth
Experience in managing
large teams and distributors
Strong leadership, execution, and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
