Key Responsibility Area:
- Lead the development and execution of the commercial lab's marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build long-term business relationships in private & Good Institutions.
- Develop comprehensive business development plans, including identifying new market opportunities, customer segments, and potential partnerships.
- Collaborate with product development, R&D, and operations teams to tailor marketing strategies and service offerings that meet the needs of target markets.
- Lead sales and marketing teams to establish and execute client engagement strategies aimed at increasing customer loyalty, satisfaction, and retention.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Provide leadership with insights into customer behavior, competitive threats, and market dynamics to guide business decisions.
