The Sales Head will lead the overall sales function for the Electric Vehicle (EV) business. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, expanding dealer networks, driving revenue growth, and positioning the company as a market leader in the EV industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals in the EV sector.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly/annual targets.
Identify new business opportunities, including B2B, institutional, and government tenders.
Build and strengthen dealer/distributor networks across regions.
Drive partnerships with fleet operators, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies.
Ensure compliance with pricing, policies, and brand positioning.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic MIS/reports for management review.

Proven track record in sales leadership roles (preferably in EV/automotive/renewable sector).

Qualifications & Experience
MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (preferred).
10-15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Prior experience in automotive, EV, or allied industries will be an advantage.
