high-impact Sales & Marketing Leader
to build and scale revenue for our new LMS brand, drive market entry, develop the GTM strategy, build distribution channels, and lead B2C growth. This role is equivalent to a
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
in responsibility and leadership capacity.
The candidate must have hands-on experience in
strategic planning, brand positioning, digital marketing, sales growth, lead funnels, partnerships, and team leadership
. The role requires an entrepreneurial mind-set with the ability to scale a product from early-stage to high-growth.

Direct student subscriptions, parent outreach, influencer tie-ups
Build inside sales team from scratch
Prepare sales playbooks, pricing models, and onboarding frameworks
2. Marketing & Brand Growth
Build strong
Brand Identity and Market Positioning
for the LMS
Plan and execute
Digital Marketing campaigns
across Meta, Google, YouTube, SEO, Content & Email Automation
Grow social media presence, community engagement & brand recall
Lead performance marketing, CAC optimization & ROI tracking
Drive PR, campaigns, events, student outreach, workshops & school roadshows
3. Product GTM & Market Expansion
Define and drive
Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy
for national & international rollout
Identify opportunities in
Sales, Marketing, Telecalling & On-ground Activation teams
Create KRAs/KPIs for performance-based culture
Lead weekly sales reviews, forecasts & revenue dashboards
Collaborate closely with Academics, Tech & Operations teams for alignment
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
Monthly Revenue & Subscription Growth
Lead Generation & Conversion Rate
CAC vs LTV Ratios
Market Penetration & Territory Coverage
Digital Performance Metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS)
Onboarding of Schools/Franchises/Channels
Required Skills & Competencies
Proven success in EdTech SaaS product sales/marketing
Strong understanding of LMS, student learning models & K12 ecosystem
Experience in demand generation, paid marketing, funnel optimization
Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management
Data-driven decision making with high ownership
Startup mindset -- fast execution, experimentation, innovation
Ability to build teams & scale nationwide
Preferred Qualification
MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales (Preferred not mandatory)
Experience working in EdTech companies like Byju's, Unacademy, Vedantu, Toppr, LMS SaaS firms is a plus
Prior experience leading 10-50 member sales teams
