Position Overview
We are seeking highly driven and experienced Sales & Marketing Executives/Managers to lead business development across Maharashtra. The ideal candidates must have strong technical and market exposure in HT/LT switchgear, MV/LV panels, and related industrial solutions, along with a proven track record in sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in the switchgear and control panel market.
Promote and sell the company's HT/LT switchgear products, MV/LV panels, and turnkey solutions to industrial clients, OEMs, EPC contractors, and consultants.
Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and key decision-makers.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned targets.
Manage existing accounts and ensure repeat business through excellent service and technical support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements to refine sales strategies.
Lead and guide the sales team to achieve organizational goals as a cohesive unit.
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations with clients.
Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, tenders, and supporting documents as required.
Regularly visit client sites, consultants, and industrial hubs across Pune, Mumbai, Aurangabad, and other regions as needed.
Provide timely MIS/sales reports to management and highlight market insights.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of LV/MV/HT switchgear, control panels, and related industrial applications.
Proven experience in handling new projects, contractors, OEM accounts, and industrial clients.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
High-level market exposure in Pune/Mumbai/Aurangabad or similar industrial regions.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
Result-oriented approach with a strong commitment to meeting sales targets.
Leadership skills to guide and support the sales team.
Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
