Sales & Marketing Executive - Web Design, Development & Digital Marketing

Experience Required:

1-2 Years (in Web, IT, or Digital Marketing Sales)

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our website design, development, SEO, and digital marketing services.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital solutions, excellent communication skills, and a drive to achieve sales goals through lead generation, client acquisition, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
Certification or practical knowledge in digital marketing or web technologies is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new clients for website design, development, SEO, and digital marketing projects.
Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and networking.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations based on client requirements.
Coordinate with the technical and design teams to ensure client expectations are met.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote company services.
Maintain CRM records and follow up with clients for conversions and renewals.
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and competitor strategies.
Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Key Skills & Competencies:

1-2 years of experience in IT / Web / Digital Marketing sales.
Understanding of website design & development process, SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong client relationship management and follow-up abilities.
Creative thinking with an understanding of digital marketing trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM tools and online lead generation platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.) is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
