Eastern India (including West Bengal, Orissa, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Assam region

Primary Responsibilities

Handle daily email communication with customers and remain highly responsive to the Sales Head / HOD. Manage and maintain overall sales records for Kolkata and assigned Eastern India territories. Support and coordinate sales activities for Bangalore region as required. Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products/solutions. Conduct regular

field visits

for lead generation, follow-ups, and new business development. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for long-term business. Prepare sales reports, customer data, and follow-ups. Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure smooth order execution. Coordinate with technical and service teams for complaint handling and issue resolution. Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.

Required Skills

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of

Electrical & Mechanical systems

to understand products and resolve customer technical issues quickly.

Communication Skills:

Good verbal and written communication skills. Language Requirement:

English & Hindi - Mandatory

Oriya - Preferred

(for Orissa)

Bengali - Preferred

(for West Bengal)

Experience

Fresher or 1-2 years

of experience in Sales / Field Sales / Marketing.

Salary

Up to ?25,000 per month + Incentives + commission

(depending on experience & interview performance)

Education

Diploma

(Electrical / Mechanical preferred)
