The ideal candidate will have a good command of English, a strong understanding of digital sales strategies, and prior experience in the
food, bakery, or corporate gifting
industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive B2B and B2C sales through digital platforms and on-field marketing efforts
Identify and approach potential clients for corporate gifting and bulk orders
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across online platforms (social media, email, etc.)
Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
Collaborate with internal teams (production, design, and logistics) to ensure client requirements are met
Generate leads and convert them into long-term business
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, or client meetings as needed
Track sales performance and report to the management regularly
Requirements:
Minimum 6
year of experience
in sales & marketing (preferably in the
food, bakery, or corporate gifting
industry)
Proven experience in
digital sales and field marketing
Excellent communication skills in
English
(both written and spoken)
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Proficiency in using online tools for sales and marketing (CRM, email marketing, social media, etc.)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience with
corporate gifting solutions
Understanding of digital marketing trends and tools
Knowledge of the
FMCG, food, or bakery
sector
Experience:
Minimum of 6-8 years
Salary:
40,000-50,000/- per month+ TA+Incentive.
