Sales & Customer Management:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Jawa and Yezdi motorcycles.
Provide exceptional
product consultation
and personalized service to potential customers.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry and test rides to documentation and delivery.
Marketing & Promotion:
Organize and participate in
local marketing activities
and promotional events (e.g., rallies, test ride camps, community meetups).
Manage brand presence and engagement within the local riding community.
Gather and report on market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Showroom Operations:
Ensure the showroom/dealership is maintained as a premium customer experience center.
Assist in managing inventory and maintaining accurate sales records.
